Janelle Dugan is a nationally certified nurse practitioner, with her emphasis on family
covering birth to death. She obtained her first degree in Biological Sciences from Delta
State University. She then continued to pursue her passion for nursing, graduating with
honors from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Jenelle
finalized her goal, graduating with honors, from The University of Texas at Arlington
with a Master of Science in Nursing.
Janelle has a background in food science, emergency medicine, and orthopedic medicine.
She is qualified to diagnose and treat a wide array of conditions across the lifespan.
She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Fort Worth
Regional Nurse Practitioners Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor
Society of Nursing.
She grew up in Greenville, Mississippi and has resided in Texas since 2004. She is
married with one child and enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and crafting in
her spare time.
Janelle’s practice philosophy is: Holistic care and forging relationships with people to understand
their health needs and goals; and working collaboratively with each individual to develop
a plan to achieve their best possible state of health.
